Henry County Resident in December Accident - Awarded Claim

John Naif was involved in a motor vehicle accident on December 8, 2009 in Henry County. After this collision, John required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of Henry Medical Center. John presented with complaints of pain in his neck and back. He was diagnosed as having acute cervical strain and back strain. John was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and was also advised to seek follow-up medical care.
