Hit and Run Accident Settles With State Farm Insurance

KW was involved in a motor vehicle accident on June 14, 2011 in a motor vehicle accident in Coweta County, Georgia when another vehicle negligently failed to maintain a proper lookout, followed too closely, and fled the scene. After this collision, KW required medical attention. She was seen by Dr. Matthew Davis of Crossroads Chiro.  KW suffered from pain in her neck, shoulder and back. Dr. Davis diagnosed her with multiples strains and shoulder pain. Dr. Davis found that KW had reduced range of motion in her neck and back. She was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing.  KW has incurred medical expenses as a direct result of the negligence of the other driver. After treatment, we settled KW’s case against State Farm Insurance.
