Myron McKnight was in a motor vehicle accident on December 11, 2009 in Muscogee County. Myron was stopped for traffic on Veteran's Parkway when another vehicle struck him from behind. Myron sustained injuries from this collision and was seen at the Doctor's Hospital for treatment. Myron had complaints of pain in his neck, back, arm, and leg. He was diagnosed with a neck strain and administered medications for the injuries resulting from the incident. Further, Myron was advised to seek additional medical treatment if needed. Following this, he was seen at South Atlanta Medical and Rehabilitation. There he had complaints of pain in his head, neck, lower back, and knee. Myron was diagnosed with having cervicobrachial syndrome, cervicocranial syndrome, knee joint pain, somatic dysfunction of lumbar region, and thoracic sprain/strain. He was prescribed physical therapy for treatment of his injuries.
Once Myron was feeling better, we were able to settle the claim against Quality Casualty Insurance Company.
