Peggy Ramsey was involved in motor vehicle accident on March 11,2010. After this collision, Peggy required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to the emergency room of West Georgia Health Center. Peggy presented with complaints of pain in her abdominal area and back. She was diagnosed as having acute myofascial strain and a chest contusion. Peggy was given prescriptions for the sustained injuries and was advised to seek follow-up medical care for the injuries sustained. She continued to suffer pain from the sustained injuries. She was seen by Cosper Chiropractic. Peggy continued to suffer from back, neck, head and arm pain. Dr. Cosper diagnosed her with cervical sprain/strain, brachial neuritis/radiculitis, headache, thoracic sprain/strain, and lumbar sprain/strain. Further, Dr. Cosper found that Peggy Ramsey had reduced range of motion in her neck and back recommending a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.
Once Peggy was feeling better, we settled the claim against Great West Casualty.
