Muscogee DUI Case Settles

Spencer was involved in a DUI motor vehicle accident on June 26, 2010 in Muscogee County Georgia. Spencer was traveling north on I-85 north of St. Mary's Road in front of another vehicle. The other vehicle swerved out of his lane hitting Spencer's car. This impact forced Spencer off the road, up an embankment, and slamming into a retaining wall. The driver of the other vehicle was under the influence. The driver was arrested and charged with DUI. After the collision, Spencer was rushed to Columbus Regional Medical Center. Spencer suffered from a dislocated right shoulder. Along with his shoulder injury, Spencer suffered from neck/shoulder sprains. He followed up care with Dr. Brad Brunet of South Atlanta Chiropractic. Dr. Brunet diagnosed him with many sprains/strains and rotator cuff syndrome. Dr. Brunet put Spencer through a physical therapy program to improve his range of motion, decrease pain, and aid in the healing process. Once our client finished treating, we settled the claim against USAA.
