Passenger in Fulton County Accident Settles Claim

Kenya was involved in a motor vehicle accident on March 29,2011 in Fulton County Georgia. Kenya was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear ended by another vehicle on I-20 west. After this collision, Kenya required medical attention and was transported via ambulance to South Fulton Medical Center. There she was diagnosed with a sprained ankle and hip pain. She was to seek follow up care following her emergency room visit. She began treating with Dr. Jay Lerner of Southern Crescent Medical Clinic. She also had pain throughout her neck and back. Dr. Lerner began a conservative physical therapy program with Kenya. Dr. Michael Gellmen of Peachtree Wellness Center also helped treat Kenya. Once her treatment was complete, we settled against Assurance America Insurance Company.
