Two Need Physical Therapy - Claim Against State Farm

James Lewis and Harrison Godbee were involved in a motor vehicle accident on January 5, 2010 in Coweta County. Our clients were traveling south on Shenandoah Place when another vehicle struck them from behind. James and Harrison sustained injuries from this collision and were seen at Boutwell Chiropractic. James had complaints of pain in his back and neck. He was diagnosed with having cervical and lumbar sprains/strains. Harrison had complaints of pain in his neck and lower back.
