
Thomas Ozbolt
Senior Attorney
Attorney Thomas Ozbolt received his Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
Thomas started his career in Boston, Massachusetts as a prosecutor with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office before deciding to fight on behalf of those accused of crimes as a defense attorney. Thomas has been lead counsel in over 40 jury trials as prosecutor and defense counsel and brings those invaluable experiences to investigating and building his clients’ cases and negotiating and advocating for just and fair outcomes for his clients.
Since leaving Massachusetts to relocate back home to North Carolina, Thomas brings a well-stocked toolbox of skills and experiences to represent and advocate for his clients. Thomas is an active member of the North Carolina Bar, and the Massachusetts Bar, and is admitted to practice in federal court before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court, Massachusetts, and the Boston Immigration Court.
