I had a car accident in April, 2023. There were so many law firms that
reached out to try and get my business, but there was no personal attention or care about what I was
going through. I chose to go with Shane Smith and was quickly set up with doctors’ appointments,
including much-needed therapy sessions, and a responsive case manager and lawyer (Thomas). Everything
was seamless. All of the appointments for every aspect of my care were taken care of, with no out of
pocket expenses. I was provided with the option to utilize new or more specialized treatments, as I was
having serious headaches and dizziness. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment through all of this.
Treatments continued for 9 months, and with the assistance of my lawyer, we reached a settlement in
