Prosecutor’s statement
Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón stated that Weinberg allegedly used his Hollywood background and access to lure victims, emphasizing that abuse of power and influence can cause lasting trauma. The District Attorney’s office also noted that its victim services division is available to support those impacted.
