Several days before the arrest the same man was stopped by police for an alleged DUI violation but he fled and escaped arrest.
Police allege that while fleeing during the alleged indecent exposure incident the man dropped a bag containing marijuana and cocaine. During the man’s previous incident, when police failed to arrest him for DUI, police claim that they discovered marijuana and cocaine inside the man’s vehicle.
The two incidents led to charges of public indecency, two counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane.
