Georgia’s Driving Under the Influence Laws are complex. Georgia DUI injury lawyer Shane Smith can sort through the intermingled laws that potentially create complications in a DUI case.
A 39-year-old Georgia woman was arrested for DUI after she struck a curb and flipped her car while driving a child to school. The woman was charged with DUI, reckless driving, DUI with passenger under 14, serious injury by vehicle and failure to maintain lane. Two passengers were ejected and sustained serious injuries when the vehicle first struck a curb and then a mailbox before flipping. The driver and a fourth passenger sustained minor injuries.
