A 41-year-old middle school teacher’s aide was arrested in another state for DUI. However, she was unable to perform a field sobriety test until officers made her put on her pants.
The woman was stopped for speeding and officers noted the smell of alcohol and the woman’s slurred speech. When they asked her to step out of her car to perform a field sobriety test they noticed that she was not wearing any pants or underwear. The woman was going to perform the field sobriety test and had to be told four times to put her pants on.
The woman’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) was recorded at 0.135 and 0.137 percent and she was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.
