Head On Motorcycle Accident Results in $250,000 Settlement!

How the Motorcycle Crash Happened
Our client, SM, was stopped at a traffic light on his motorcycle with his wife riding as a passenger on the back. While they were stationary, a negligent driver turned the corner and drove directly into the front wheel of the motorcycle, knocking both riders to the ground.
As anyone who rides knows, there is very little between a motorcyclist and the pavement. This was a frightening and violent impact.
Injuries Sustained in the Crash
SM suffered serious injuries, including:
- Cervical spine and neck injuries
- Lower back injuries
His wife was also injured in the crash, though not as severely as her husband.
Medical Treatment and the Road to Relief
SM pursued multiple levels of treatment in an effort to control his pain:
- Branch block injections in both the neck and lower back, which provided no relief
- PRP injections, which resulted in approximately 25 percent improvement
- Ablation procedures to deaden the affected nerves in both the neck and lower back, which finally provided meaningful relief
This was not an easy or quick process. Each step involved uncertainty, pain, and understandable anxiety. Tim and his team worked closely with the client to answer questions, explain options, and help him feel confident moving forward with each stage of treatment.
The Settlement Results
Despite the seriousness of the injuries and the extensive treatment involved, the case was resolved without going to court.

Together, this resulted in over $340,000 recovered for one couple from a single motorcycle crash
