Columbus Accident Settles With USAA

VW was involved in a motor vehicle accident on April 5, 2011 in Muscogee County, Georgia after a driver failed to maintain a proper lookout and negligently failed to maintain control of the vehicle. After this collision my client, VW required medical attention.  Dr. D’Amato of South Atlanta Spine and Wellness saw her.  VW suffered from pain in her neck, hand, knee, and back.  Dr. D’Amato diagnosed her with hand sprain, knee pain, and lower back pain,. Dr. D’Amato found that VW had reduced range of motion in her neck and back. She was prescribed a conservative program of physical therapy to treat her symptoms.  The goal of this physical therapy was to increase the range of motion, decrease pain, and aid the muscles and ligaments in healing. VW has incurred medical expenses as a direct result of the negligence of the other party.  Once treatment was complete, we settled the case against USAA Insurance.
