Sasha Arroyo

Attorney

Sasha Arroyo, a distinguished addition to Shane Smith Law's legal team, originates from the dynamic Bronx in New York City. Her early years were marked by a move to Puerto Rico, where a commitment to fairness and a natural instinct to champion the rights of others took root. Sasha's distinctive journey into the field of law brings a valuable perspective to our team, aligning seamlessly with the justice-driven ethos of Shane Smith Law.

Sasha's desire to become a lawyer sprouted in high school, fueled by a strong sense of justice and fairness. Always inclined to defend others, Sasha recognized her calling during her undergraduate studies in communications. Despite the shift in focus, she decided to pursue law school, drawn by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Sasha's path to becoming an attorney was not conventional. While studying communications at the University of Puerto Rico, she discovered her passion for law. The decision to pursue a legal career was delayed until her children started school, a choice grounded in her dedication to motherhood. After navigating life as a military spouse in Germany and at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Sasha enrolled in law school in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her experiences abroad and the challenges of being a mom uniquely shaped her perspective and resilience.

Driven by a passion for fairness, Sasha's legal career initially led her to criminal law and immigration law. However, her empathetic nature and desire for direct client interaction found a perfect match in personal injury law. Sasha values the opportunity to connect with clients, listen to their stories, and ensure they receive the care they deserve. Sasha's focus is on building meaningful connections with clients. Her favorite aspect of personal injury work is engaging with clients, understanding their stories beyond accident reports, and advocating for their well-being. Her advice to clients emphasizes the importance of not downplaying injuries, encouraging them to prioritize their health.

Outside the firm, Sasha cherishes her role as a mother to three children. Weekends are filled with kid-friendly activities, from birthdays and parks to movie nights at home. Sasha's commitment to family extends to her legal practice, where she ensures her clients receive the attention and care they deserve.

Shane Smith Law is confident that Sasha Arroyo's dedication, legal acumen, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to our team. Clients can trust in Sasha's commitment to obtaining the settlement they deserve while prioritizing their well-being throughout the legal process.
