According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, a 32-year-old Georgia driver who caused a Gwinnett County multi-car pileup had an arrest warrant for a fatal accident she caused two years earlier. The driver was attempting to pass traffic in an emergency lane and started a chain-reaction accident. One car flipped several times before coming to rest right-side up and a total of seven vehicles were involved in the accident.
